Photography has the ability to capture that twinkle in someone’s eye. It can make an image feel alive. I want people to see themselves through the same eyes as their family and friends do.
I help people to have a collection of images that truly represent their life and personality in an authentic way, with a hint of magic.

If you’re looking for photography that is honest, fun, and authentic, then I may be the perfect photographer for you. My style up until 2020 was mostly documentary. Weddings, events, parties were all documented to show the realness of the occasion and all the lovely moments shared between people. Even with portraits, although I give a little guidance It’s mostly free flowing and natural.
As of 2020 I’ve started working a lot more with small businesses and creating brand personality images for them. This has meant that a bit more planning and creativity has come into play. At heart I’m still a documentary photographer looking for the light in people, but now we’re adding a hint of magic to those images. The sparkle that sets you apart from the rest of the world.

It’s so important to me to capture people authentically. Even if the image has a creative edge to it, I’m still wanting that person’s personality to be weaved in and out of every part of it.

This rings true for me. This is what makes photography so important. At the end of the best day ever, it’s the photos that can remind YOU of what an amazing time you had. When your babies are all grown up it’s the only way to freeze time, and if you’re in business for yourself it’s the way to shine brightly enough to attract your ideal clients. Show them who you are and what makes you different.

Images can tell us so much about a moment or a person. I want people to have photography that shows a slice of their life. Happy memories or portraits, that are full of character and emotion.
Making people feel at ease is a superpower of mine, that was taught to me by my incredible Nan. She was and still is the kindest and brightest soul I’ve ever had the pleasure to be around.
Another trick that I have up my sleeve is that I have the knack of knowing when a moment is about to happen, just in time to press the shutter button.
My clients aren't after highly posed images.
They want fun, vibrant imagery that is full of their personality and magic spark. They don’t want to be staring down a lens all day, sitting in awkward positions. They are fun, relaxed, and friendly people who aren’t afraid to be themselves.
